  1. Single room supplement : The adult price is based on the assumption that two adult travelers will share a double room (with two single beds or one double bed as per request). Any traveler requiring a single room will need to pay supplement.
  2. Group Schedule: The group has agreed itinerary and schedule. Every member should follow the group during the tour. The sequence of visiting would possibly have to be changed to fit for all the group members’ flight schedules. The specified itinerary, designated hotels, and flight (or train or cruise) schedules are for your reference only. We reserve the right to make any changes due to flight/train schedules and some unforeseeable circumstances. We will give you notice of these changes as they occur.
  3. Each order should be for 2 adults or more: If you are a single traveler, you may contact us and check whether it would be possible for you to join this tour. We will decide according to the booking status;
  4. Hotel Check-in/out: In China, hotels stipulate that check-in should be after 2PM and check-out before 12:00 noon time. Early check-in or late check-out will incur extra charge.
  5. Force Majeure: This tour is of guaranteed departures after we confirm the booking to the clients. Possibly there are events or circumstances beyond our control, like but not restricted to natural disasters, explosion, rebellion, terrorist activities, epidemic, quarantine or political reasons. In case of these force majeure, the tour would probably have to be reorganized or even canceled. Any surcharge or loss due to force majeure will be borne by the tourists (or the third party if there is any). So we strongly suggest the travelers buy adequate travel insurance before they start the tour.
